Refund & Exchange Policy

At Saltwater Hippie, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
A valid receipt must accompany the returned item.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags, labels and packaging attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns and exchanges remain the customer's responsibility until received by Saltwater Hippie.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Items returned will be refunded at the original price, although standard delivery charges apply on redelivery exchanges.

This policy does not limit or affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any applicable consumer guarantees.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control
(e.g. postal disruptions or natural disasters).

International Delivery – $29.99 AUD

Orders are sent via Australia Post and their international delivery partners.

Your order will be despatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and
availability of stock.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing or
unforeseen global events (e.g. strikes, floods, bushfires).

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes (GST/VAT), or additional customs charges. Please check with your local authorities for details.
